Electric power industry is the national important industrial base,a long time,the industry is dominated by the government.Benefit from the past 20 years of economic growth,has given rise to a group of carrier type enterprise,such as the state grid,Huaneng,Huadian world 500 strong enterprises.In the electric power market of our country,formed mainly thermal power,hydropower,nuclear power,photovoltaic,wind energy and other new energy as the auxiliary pattern.In recent years,because of the economic slowdown,the whole society demand also shrunk significantly.At the same time,the environmental pressure also leads to the transformation of the traditional power gradually to the clean energy.Structural reform of the "supply side" the concept of the Xi Jinping first put forward,aimed at moderately expand aggregate demand at the same time enhance the supply side of the reform,improving the structure of the supply side,improve the quality and efficiency of supply,provide momentum for economic growth.For the power industry,this is not only the opportunity,is also a challenge.In this paper,the author studies on Guohua electric power belongs to the electric power industry's rising star,do not belong to the five major power generation groups,since it was founded in 1999 with its parent company China Shenhua group state background and rich coal resources rapid rise,development has become the total assets of more than one hundred billion yuan,the installed capacity of more than 35 million kw medium power generation company.Stood on the shoulders of giants Guohua electric power high starting point,assets is relatively good,personnel quality is higher,the large capacity units,clean coal power compared to the original five power generation groups have certain advantages.As the supply side continued to carry out structural reform,Guohua electric power need to seize the opportunity,looking for a new position,new strategic development road.This research mainly by qualitative analysis and case study,in combination with the practical situation of Guohua electric current faces,comprehensively review the internal and external environment of enterprises,and using the SWOT analysis model as the strategic analysis tools,suitable for enterprise development strategy,including the integration strategy,diversification strategy and internationalization strategy,the purpose is to adapt to the new development environment.At the same time,on the basis of Guohua electric power company's own objective reality,in this study put forward the safeguard measures in seven aspects,including the business strategy of rebuilding and consistent organizational structure and governance structure,perfect the risk control as the core of the whole process of project management,adhere to the talent as the core of human resource management,strengthen the market orientation as the core of marketing management,increase investment in science and technology innovation and technical innovation of equipment,security funds precision putting-in-service proactively comprehensive financial budget management,and advocacy and business ideas that meet the needs of the enterprise culture.
