| With the prosperity of the market economy,the deepening of global economic integration.Combined with our country in recent years to push all the way "area",more and more enterprises gradually expand the scale of operation step abroad.Along with the expansion of scale,most companies are starting to use a distributed inventory system to manage,so suitable distributed inventory system management strategy can help enterprises to improve market competitiveness and continued to expand the scale.This article through studies and summarizes the theory research and application status of distributed inventory,through the study and application of system dynamics theory and method,as a manufacturer,a three suppliers and retailers a three-level distributed inventory system is constructed.Typical distributed inventory based on the(s,s)replenishment strategy as the foundation,when a node in the system of the inventory level is lower than the allocated by point s,s is greater than the upstream node for replenishment.At the same time,the system information is Shared.On the basis of this system,we in the end nodes joined the allocated by strategy,achieve synergies within the system.Has carried on the simulation to the system,after joining allocated by strategy,retailers node to improve customer service level,realize the node.CONWIP strategy can control the overall inventory levels,and can make the upstream node down inventories,active play to the role of the emergency allocation strategy,enhance the inventory coordination between the nodes.Also in this paper,the limit on the WIP are analyzed,and on the influence caused by different values of the WIP chart.Finally in order to verify the CONWIP allocated by strategy and effectiveness in solving practical problems,with X,Y,Z three hospitals blood stored and used as a simulation analysis was made on the application object,to verify the two strategies for hospital inventory system when dealing with the emergencies,from inventory status and patient service level are improved,to a certain extent,enhance the compressive capacity of the system. |
