On the one hand,with work deepening and advancing,informatization project management brings greater challenges.On the other hand,the State Grid Corporation of China put forward the "strong base to consolidate,striving to first,the international convergence" work train of thought,.Requiring the power enterprises to continuously improve the management level,and gradually shorten the gap between the advanced,To this end,some domestic electric power enterprises are applying the theory and method of lean management to all aspects of power enterprises and carry out the practice of lean management practice which achieved good results.However,there are few researches on the lean management of electric power enterprises in academic circles,and there are few theoretical researches on lean management of electric power enterprises.Therefore,it is not only the expansion and perfection of lean management theory,but also the promotion and application of lean management theory in electric power enterprises.The comprehensive use of lean management and information technology project management theory and the establishment and implementation of electric power enterprise information project lean management program will promote the power enterprise information system's upgrade and enhance the information management level.In this paper,the significance of lean management of information projects is introduced.The theory,research and practical application of lean management at home and abroad are analyzed.Then the lean management theory,management model and performance evaluation theory are introduced.System analysis,and analysis of the characteristics of information technology project management.Then,this paper describes the current stage of the development of power enterprises in the process of information technology problems,and M power companies,for example,enumerated the status of information technology.Through the analysis of the existing problems,this paper puts forward a detailed management plan for the whole period of the informationization project of the power companies.The plan includes establishing the project management system,establishing the whole cycle management process,realizing the whole process control,perfecting project communication mechanism,And human resources guarantee six parts,and select the standard process tools,the establishment of performance evaluation indicators and design performance evaluation tools such as lean management methods to ensure the effective implementation of the program.Finally,the M-Power Company's power quality on-line monitoring system is taken as an example,and the full-cycle lean management scheme and implementation method put forward in this paper are applied to the informationization project.By analyzing and evaluating the construction effect of the project,The management of information technology projects on the positive role for the power company's information-related projects to provide a useful reference.
