The issuance of "9" issued once again opened the curtain of China’s electric power system reform.At present,it is affected by many factors,such as economic development,power grid structure and market awareness,and the direct trading of large customers is one of the most important market models in China.Under the current situation of electric power system reform,the direct trade scale is larger,the power generation companies use hours to reduce,and the competition is fierce.For this problem,this paper makes a research on the competitive strategy of the power generation companies,including the following aspects:First of all,this paper discusses several key issues about the direct transaction of large users: access conditions of the user side,direct transaction price structure and direct transaction mode,which is the basis of the study of competitive strategy.Secondly,construct a set of user evaluation and classification model,using principal component analysis method and the improved fuzzy C means clustering analysis will be divided into users the best user,high-quality users,potential users and ordinary users of four categories,and puts forward several specific accurate marketing strategy for these kinds of users,to attract users reduce marketing costs.Thirdly,the power generation companies in the negotiation of the two pricing strategies: first,in a certain range of electricity prices with the increase in electricity consumption and lower,the two is the price of electricity and user products linkage.Taking an electrolytic aluminum enterprise as an example,through the system dynamics simulation,simulation of the two kinds of strategies,the price and the profit of the electrolytic aluminum enterprise,has certain theoretical value and practical significance.At the end of this paper,the results of this study are summarized,and the deficiencies and the content of further research are also described.
