Price strategy is an important measure of transportation demand management, it can usedto impact residents travel behavior, optimize the city transportation structure, equilibratetraffic demand, improve city traffic condition, enhance the efficiency of traffic resourcesallocation and ensure the equality of dispensability through changing transportation costinternally. also,it is the effect plan that can ensure the sustainable development of city traffic.It is important to evaluate the influence that the policy have been performed before the pricehas been made. In this essay, the model of that is used to evaluate the price policies degree isestablished on the basis of disaggregated model,which can be the basis of making trafficmanagement policies.Firstly, transportation demand management has been analysed in terms of background、implement principle、the function and character of price policies as well as the finaleffect,which is explained that how the price policies enhance the operational effect of trafficsystem. secondly, the framework and course has been built in the use of the application ofdisaggregated therapy according to the character of price policies, and then how to calculateand calibrate parameter can be illustrated on the basis of the established model, at the sametime, the MNL is described a variational inequality and sensitivity analysis model isestablished with the survive principle of implicit function, so that the correspondingrelationship between selection variable and characteristic variable can be evaluated and thevariable that have a maximum influence upon selection variable can be found. Secondly,traffic congestion pricing and parking pricing are selected to be the price policies of trafficoptimization, acceptable model of traffic optimization policies anticipated implementationeffective model and model is established by MNL, the SP and RP the survey data of Zhangjiajie city and SPSS13.0are used together to calibrate and check variable.in the end,the resultis analysed by sensitivity analysis.The traffic optimization price policies are used in the trafficmanagement of Zhangjiajie city, the cost threshold of traffic congestion pricing and parkingpricing can be finally determined by the sensitivity analysis.The model of price policies evaluation by disaggregated model and sensitivity analysismethod in use of determination of traffic price policies management,in order to elaborate thetraffic management and prove the technologically therapy.
