Research On Customer Cost Management Of Distribution Network Under EPC Mode

In order to meet the needs of the customer's construction,make investment decisions,in the early stage of the project more accurately determine the project cost has become an inevitable requirement.As the investment of infrastructure construction of power facilities,national or collective investment construction project occupies a very large proportion,project cost management and control of state owned assets and the appropriate use of problem has a direct connection,therefore,reasonable to determine the project cost and effective control has very important significance.The EPC general contract model as a project management organization and implementation mode,because it can as soon as possible to determine the total amount of investment and construction period,the world has been widely used in the field of infrastructure construction,but limited application in the domestic.Most of the customers of the distribution network construction projects are invested and constructed by the customers.The EPC general contract model as a project management organization and implementation mode,because it can as soon as possible to determine the total amount of investment and construction period,the world has been widely used in the field of infrastructure construction,but limited application in the domestic.This paper first reviews the domestic and international present research situation and development trends of cost management EPC management mode and EPC mode,the mode of EPC general contract management theory,analyzes the superiority of the main method,project cost control under EPC mode.Then,the paper analyzes the main process,main links and existing problems of cost management in the traditional project management mode.According to the different aspects of customer management of project construction of the distribution network,the management mode of EPC management mode and the traditional project cost comparison,mainly analyzes the distribution network engineering customers in different aspects of project management are the main factors affecting the project cost management,and gives the engineering cost effective control measures.Finally,based on the B distribution network client project,through qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,different customer engineering cost analysis the EPC management mode and the traditional management mode,analyzes how to conduct customer project cost management of the distribution network,to meet the requirements of the current investors to manage customer engineering construction project cost distribution network,distribution network to enhance the quality and level of infrastructure as a service.The research results in this paper are helpful to improve the level of cost management in the construction project of distribution network,it can reduce the project implementation process of project cost management risk,put forward constructive suggestions on the distribution network project invested by customers,it has certain reference significance for the implementation of distribution facilities construction costs.
