Discussion On The Contents And Methods Of Post-evaluation Of Construction Project

After the post-evaluation of the construction project,we can learn the experience and lessons of success or failure of the project operation,so the government organizations and enterprises in many countries pay more and more attention to the post-evaluation of the construction project.This paper illustrates the importance of post-evaluation of construction projects with three investment failure cases,introduces the general procedure of post-evaluation.This paper focuses on the main contents of the post-evaluation of the construction project after finishing,with the feasibility study of the construction project,selects the environmental impact survey,market demand,investment,progress,finance,bidding,survey and design,energy saving as the main contents of post-evaluation.This paper introduces several methods of post-evaluation of construction projects,such as comparison method,logical framework method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),satisfaction comprehensive evaluation method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and TOPSIS method etc..Then,starting from the several main aspects of project feasibility study,such as environmental impact,energy saving,investment estimation,financial analysis,social benefits etc.,that are the several aspects of the main contents of post-evaluation of the construction project to evaluate the specific cases.The market demand,environmental impact,energy saving,investment estimation,financial analysis and social benefits of the projects are the main risks of the project after the implementation of the project too.In this paper,one specific construction project case is selected,and environmental impact,energy saving,investment estimation,financial analysis and social benefits are selected as the evaluation objects.Each object has its own internal index,which has been quantified by the method,and then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process to carry out the post-evaluation analysis of the case.Finally,I give a few questions about the post-evaluation of construction project.I hope it can be further studied,improved and perfected later.
