Since 1980 s,highway industry in China ha s developed rapidly for 30 years and the road network has been basically for med.With the rapid increase of the m ileage and service life of highway,the f ocus of the highway construc tion will sh ift to highway maintenance,which will bring immense developing spaces.CCCC is a leading com pany of traffic infrastructure construction in China.It is necessary to m ake market competition strategy for CCCC,in order to seize market opportunities and become strong in highway maintenance business.This paper system atically analyzes the external environ ment and inte rnal conditions of CCCC,by using basic theories of strategic management and strategic analysis tools.Based o n the resu lts of the a nalysis,the competitive strategy is proposed,together with the strategic goals.And then,this paper proposes the relevant measure and routs for the strategy implementation.Finally,this paper analyze the risk of the development strategy and the risk control measures. |
