Research On Agricultural E-commerce System Construction Of Cuiping District, Yibin City

In recent years, with the development of our reform and opening and the market economy, the electronic commerce gets fast development and rapid application in people's daily life, which also makes our e-commerce environment become perfect and mature. At the same time,faced with the development of information technology and the increasingly fierce market competition, agriculture and rural economy change all the time and they both need e-commerce to have further development. It will have a huge positive and prominent effect on our modern agriculture construction once e-commerce was applied in agriculture reasonably and efficiently.The current agriculture of Cuiping District has problems like unreasonable resources use and backward development modes. Therefore, it is necessary for CuipingDistrcit to build its agricultural e-commerce system, which is significant for modern agriculture and rural economic development of this area.Based on the research content of Cuiping District agricultural e-commerce system construction, this thesis have a deep analysis on the present situation and existing problems of agricultural e-commerce in this district from five aspects as talent team, policy support, information infrastructure building, e-commerce platform,and logistics system after sorting out the references and data from home and abroad in literature analysis and field research methods. After empirical studies on e-commerce industrial park in Japan, the United States and Yibin City itself, drawing lessons from the successful experience, combining the specific problems in Cuiping District, the writer proposes in this thesis the agricultural e-commerce system construction and establishes a supervision program which will be led by government and social public will participate in. Agricultural e-commerce system construction in Cuiping District must be proceeding under the government guidance. What government needs to do is to set up a special agricultural e-commerce related department, to improve relevant laws and regulations, to bring in talents and strengthen the professional elites team building, to cultivate new modernized farmers, to encourage social sectors to have a stronger investment on rural information infrastructure construction, to reinforce the e-commerce platform building and to complete the logistic system. Finally, according to the actual situation of Cuiping District agricultural economy and the above research,here comes the B2I2F mode combined "farmers + peasant associations or rural cooperatives + self-built or third-party e-commerce platforms + agricultural enterprises", which is suitable for Cuiping District agricultural e-commerce development.
