Research On The Development Of Agricultural E-commerce In Enshi County Of Hubei Province

The development of e-commerce is rapidly changing recently,the city's development of e-commerce and the gap between the rural areas,agriculture and other industries are larger.Economic globalization,international communication increasingly frequent,using electronic commerce trade activities become the way that people save time and save money.Enshi is one of the advantage industry of agriculture,agricultural resources condition is superior,Enshi state advantage value higher characteristic agriculture industry,so the Enshi characteristics of agricultural products and e-commerce combined effectively,for speeding up the upgrading of traditional industries in the state's agriculture is significant.In this paper,using the research methods of literature,field survey and data query method,this paper discusses the basic theory of agricultural e-commerce,the electronic commerce development present situation of Hubei Enshi agriculture,illustrates the Enshi at present several characteristics of the electronic commerce development present situation of agricultural products,this paper expounds the development of Enshi agricultural electricity required for essential factors and conditions.Of Enshi in Hubei province analyzes the agricultural disadvantages in the development of e-commerce,but also see the advantages of developing agricultural e-commerce would have,and then combined with the disadvantage and advantage,puts forward the countermeasures.The Enshi agricultural electronic commerce development is faced with high cost,supply and demand information cannot be updated in a timely manner,supply chain is not mature,lack of electricity business.Through the study found that we can see Enshi's the prospect of developing agricultural e-commerce is very good,but due to reasons such as geographical position,developing agricultural e-commerce has a long way to go.So in order to promote agricultural development in Enshi,change the blocking state of the state,the need to actively build large logistics park,leading enterprises and farmers cooperate with logistics enterprises,improve the logistics environment,also need to actively cultivate electric business,the government can and Hubei institute for nationalities to discuss about agricultural e-commerce courses,create a learning atmosphere of agricultural e-commerce,training more electricity merchants to improve the overall economic level of the state,but also to strengthen the Internet awareness of farmers,farmers saw the Internet can make agricultural products to go out,have no way out of agricultural products.,of course,the government's role cannot be ignored,the government should not only support and financial support,but also on the legal system,strengthen the construction of the standardization of agricultural products,encouraging Enshi college students master returned to the hometown,hometown construction,to give students more entrepreneurial subsidies,especially e-commerce professional college students,encourage them to return to Enshi for Enshi agricultural e-commerce development contributes own strength.In Hubei Enshi the construction of the electricity business development pattern of agriculture strategy: Hubei Enshi agricultural e-commerce existing three models,the primary model,advanced mode,and the third party,but found that the third party mode using the most,however,due to the popularity of agricultural products,did not achieve very good effect,so in the using cost,minimum threshold mode,the third-party platform to create its own product well-knownness,but combined with the characteristics of agricultural products of Enshi in Hubei province,should learn experience from the success of the existing mode of both at home and abroad,then try to realize self innovation,use of external opportunity,play the internal advantage,to meet external challenges,and to build a "taste" Enshi,Enshi "characteristics" of agricultural comprehensive development mode,e-commerce joint efforts to achieve fast and good development of Enshi agricultural e-commerce.
