Research On Optimization Of Coal Fired Stock Management In Douhe Power Plant

With the rapid development of China's economy and the imminent imbalance of global energy resources,various modes of transport have been unable to meet the current development needs and other factors,resulting in a serious shortage of domestic coal supply,coal prices continued to rise sharply.One coal-fired power plant mainly to coal as raw material to water as the medium,to complete the energy conversion,so as to provide electricity to the various customer service and security.Therefore,we must ensure that coal-fired power plants in the production and operation of the normal power,stable,continuous supply.If the supply of raw materials due to the lack of electricity to stop power generation,will cause great social and economic impact.Therefore,coal-fired power plant reasonable control and inventory management is particularly important.Coal is the most important raw material for thermal power generation,and its cost accounts for the bulk of the total cost of the entire power plant.And inventory is to eliminate business needs and supply process in the unpredictable changes in an important means,it will directly affect the entire power plant normal business activities,economic efficiency and credibility.In addition,as a large coal-fired Douhe power plant,for its coal-based coal stocks optimization management research is very critical.Based on the theory of coal mine inventory management in power plant,this paper analyzes the influencing factors,cost analysis and current situation of influencing coal rankings in Douhe power plant.Then,the coal mine inventory optimization decision model of Douhe Power Plant is established by linear programming theory and dynamic programming theory,and the economic and feasibility analysis is carried out in practical case of Douhe Power Plant.Finally,a series of Douhe power plant coal mine inventory optimization measures are proposed so as to reduce the unnecessary cost,improve the overall inventory management level of the power plant and improve the overall market competitiveness of the enterprise so as to optimize the enterprise inventory management.
