| Power coal transshipment refers to the process that power coal is transported from the producing places to demand areas by different transportation ways.Due to a gap between the coal producing places and demand areas,it is inevitable for coal be transferred and used.A good coal transshipment system will play the positive role.On one hand,from the transportation aspect,it can reduce Chinese transportation pressure and loose the transportation neck.On the other hand,from social welfare aspect,it can decrease the transportation cost and increase the total social benefits.However,current academic studies mainly compared the advantages and disadvantages among different transportation ways.Most researches are centered on qualitative study to carry out the policies.There is lack of quantified guide so that power coal transshipment system is always complex and total cost can’t still be reduced.Based on the former researches,this paper set the minimum cost as the goal to study the power coal transshipment from power coal supply and demand.Finally,it is aimed at usage of this model to guide Chinese power coal transportation.Firstly,it analyzed Chinese power coal influential factors.From the macro surroundings,it analyzed it with PEST method that is political,economic,social and technical changes which may have influence on Chinese power coal transshipment.Besides,the points of coal origin and demand area may also affect Chinese power coal supply and demand structure.Then,it studied current power coal transportation system.Coal transshipment includes interchanging among road,railway and waterway.Thus,it is necessary to compare different transportation ways.By it,this paper analyzed the current transshipment situations.Further more,it constructed the model based on supply and demand situation combined with the fact that Chinese power coal current situation.Then,the optimization model,which is suitable for Chinese power coal transshipment,is given according to real transshipment situation.Finally,it applied generation figures and power coal supply quantity in 2015 to testify this model whether is right.The model calculation shows that the total transportation cost is 3.9 billion yuan.The actual power coal transportation cost is 45.7 thousand yuan per 10 kilometers,and the model transportation cost is 43 thousand yuan per 10 kilometers.Therefore,it can reduce the unit cost by 2.7 thousand yuan. |
