In recent years,our country obtained the rapid development of new energy industry,new energy is becoming more and more obvious role on economic growth and over time,the world's energy structure will be upside down,biomass energy,wind energy will \ "dominant\".In stark contrast,however,the development of new energy industry in China is struggling.A careful analysis of European and American countries such as new energy industry development path is not hard to find,to realize the sustainable development of new energy industry efficient inevitable way is using the technology of intensive research and development to promote the new energy industry and technical development.So,now is the time to adopt the scientific side to explore the performance of the new energy technology research and development projects in China,and combining the results of the study confirmed that the technology research and development resources,the importance of technology research and development to improve project performance.How to correctly use all kinds of information,the new energy science and technology research and development projects of listed company performance evaluation,and puts forward Suggestions to improve the new energy technology research and development project performance,to realize the sustainable development of new energy industry in China is of great significance.This paper first analyzes the development of new energy in China's current situation and development trends,the new energy industry has become the strategic fulcrum of the sustainable development of the world.At the same time,the technological innovation of the new energy enterprise is getting faster and faster.Secondly,the factors influencing the performance of R&D projects of new energy enterprises are analyzed in depth.The input and output forms of R&D are researched,and the dimension and evaluation method of R&D project performance evaluation are discussed.Because DEA does not need to determine the weight of evaluation index,the result of performance evaluation is more objective.Finally,the performance of R&D projects of new energy listed companies is evaluated from two aspects of static and dynamic.So can get very objective performance evaluation results.Finally from the two aspects of static and dynamic new energy technology research and development projects listed company performance were evaluated.Based on the assessment of new energy technology research and development projects listed company of the static and dynamic performance of DEA model is introduced and Malmquist index respectively,and by collecting different years of data,compared the total factor productivity and its change between different energy companies.According to the evaluation result of the R&D project performance of the new energy subindustry,the suggestions of enhancing the R&D project performance are given from the government and enterprise.This topic selected by the case study is in the Shenzhen stock exchange and Shanghai stock exchange listed on the new energy enterprises,a total of 57.Instance data from the 57 financial report of listed companies from 2010 to 2014,at the same time,which is based on the model constructed by this study,by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative method for the research object of technology research and development project performance were evaluated and analyzed,evaluation results are as follows: our country new energy technology research and development of whole enterprise performance level is low,but still present a slow growth trend,the level of R&D performance of each enterprise scale,technology strength and management ability.
