Research On Industrial Economic Transformation Based On Energy Efficiency Perspective In Shandong Province

In response to global climate change to human, a growing number of countriesand regions have gradually reached a consensus to realize green development andrevival as well as perform the responsibility in the Kyoto protocol, and the globaleconomy has stepped into low carbon transformation course. As to major industrialeconomy in China, Shandong province is charged with creating “the Shandongpeninsula blue economic zone, the capital of the Yellow River delta efficientecological economic zone, urban agglomeration economic circle and the southernShandong economic belt”of the strategic mission. It has a long way to go to speed upthe transformation of the mode of economic development.This paper, based on the analysis of the theoretical research results ofpredecessors, uses20industries in Shandong province in the DEA model to calculatethe energy efficiency. The results show that the average energy efficiency of industryof Shandong province is0.71, in a relatively low level; there is a lot of room toimprove. Through the contrast between the industries, we found that there is muchdifference between different industry energy efficiency. Therefore, it needs to throughthe industrial optimization to improve energy efficiency in Shandong province.Further the multi-objective programming model is adapted to industry optimization,and calculates the energy efficiency of the optimized industries. As a result, it provesthat industrial economic optimization transformation is able to improve energyefficiency. Based on the conclusion of empirical study, we put targeted perspectives toindustrial economic transformation: actively guide the adjustment of industrialstructure; revitalize talent development strategy; to strengthen the support of policies;through the development of strategic emerging industries to guide the industrydevelopment in the direction of the low carbon economy, green and efficient inShandong province.
