In today's society fast economic development, people face pressure of work is more and more heavy, with the phenomenon of organization is unfair, the deviation behavior of enterprise employees is more and more frequent. With the increasingly fierce competition between enterprises, enterprises pay more and more attention to staff deviation behavior problems. So work deviation behavior problems will be an important index for enterprise stability and future prospects test.The work team which lack of work boredom, enthusiasm and initiative, loss of creativity and working interest, even if can be detached from the social competition environment, but in human capital management disadvantage from the enterprise itself decline also not too long.The influence factors of the deviant behavior at home and abroad is not much, the existing research mainly from concept to literature research about the development of concepts and deviant behavior's discrimination. We have not yet found the related literature review with empirical studies about deviant behavior and its influencing factors of working relationship, this paper also apply for further research on this problem with a huge space. From the study of this topic, we can understand enterprise staff deviation behavior and what are the factors affecting, analysis reasons of appear phenomena. Deviation behavior will not only affect the performance of their own work, but also will affect the other employees and the whole enterprise performance. This paper tries to seek work deviation behavior and its affecting factors with the theoretical logic, inner link for enterprises, provides guidance on staff to realize the effective management.In this paper using literature research, questionnaire and use of questionnaire survey SPSS 16.0 statistical software for statistical data analysis, this paper discusses the influence of the working pressure and organizational justice to the deviant behavior to work. Research shows that all dimensions of organizational justice with the two dimensions of job deviation behavior are tending to a significant negative correlation; The job itself, career development and interpersonal level, organization level work deviation behavior is negatively correlated with the role,organization, work with human level, organization atmosphere of grid work deviation behavior significant positive correlation. Based on the statistical analysis results, from the increase of organizational justice and improve the working environment is proposed as eliminate working deviation behavior some actively effective measures. Enterprise can through improving the income distribution system, establishing scientific performance evaluation system, strengthening the staff communication to build trust to increase of organizational justice, in order to eliminate employees deviation behavior; Through strengthening internal network information management, strengthen the punitive measures deviant, introducing EAP plans, make the employee career planning, implementing job rotation such measures to reduce the occurrence of work deviant behavior...
