Study On The Problems And Solutions In The Construction Of "Smart Dongying"

With the rapid development of information technology, "smart city", an important way to promote regional economic and social development,also maintain healthy and sustainable development of the city has become a new type of city governance. It can also effectively cope with the rapid expansion of the city due to the social problems. At present, many cities have done a lot of research on the construction of smart city, and have achieved good results. But on the whole,there are still a lot of difficulties and problems in the process of the construction of most domestic cities, leading to the slow pace of construction and even stagnation.Based on the study of smart city such as concept and connotation,this paper choses Dongying which is the first smart city pilot as an example, researches the ongoing construction of the "wisdom of Dongying" project, analyzes the difficulties and problems, explores the successful experience and lessons of domestic and foreign typical cases of smart city to puts forward the key factors that should be paid attention to in the construction of smart city, and puts forward some constructive countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of the target location, the carding of government functions, the methods of promotion and the operation, mode.In practice, this paper not only provides theoretical reference for the construction of smart Dongying, but also help to optimize the living environment of the city, explore the city’s development potential, improve government service capacity and efficiency,create a civilized and livable, harmonious and healthy city conception. At the same time,the construction of Smart Dongying can also provide a reference for other city.
