JD Company Quality Improve Design Base On Six Sigma

Today, with the popularity of the Internet, the logistics industry developed, the degree of global integration is increasing, the competition has exacerbate. From the domestic competition gradually extends to the global competition, various industries,especially the manufacturing industry are facing enormous pressure.In the grim situation, quality has become the basis of enterprise competition. From the standard products to customers' special requirements of flexible product, from the logistics process control to the logistics services to enhance, the quality plays an important role .FAME, QFD, PDCA quality tools, Six Sigma ect have been adopted by enterprises,to improve product quality, improve logistics quality, enhance competitiveness.In this paper, brief introduction the theory of quality management, Six Sigma theory, quality improvement theory and common quality tools. To design the quality improvement program,the quality of JD products and logistics quality problems were studied. The manufacturing of central air-conditioning industry JD quality improvement program designed basis for Six Sigma DMAIC process and PDCA cycle theory. As the starting point of customer feedback, the quality problem was defined, the basic problems were found, and the measurement, analysis and improvement, verification and standardization were carried out. This process takes a detailed description of the key issues of the main product A as a paradigm for the application of the scheme,which is a complete quality improvement program. After the application of the scheme, the validity of the scheme is confirmed and cured,so as to ensure the improvement of the quality improvement program.In the quality improvement plan for the application, in order to ensure the project scientific and objective, as the quality improvement process oparadigm, the key problem of the main product A use of causality diagram,Pareto diagram, scatter diagram, DOE and other quality improvement tools to solve the key problems.Based on the Six Sigma DMAIC process and the PDCA cycle overall context,combine with the quality improvement tools,so that the program has a systematic,objective and scientific.The quality improvement program designed in this paper can be used for reference in the quality improvement of the manufacturing industry, especially the central air-conditioning industry.
