With national economy's rapid growth, automotive industry obtains proud a chievement. As the quantity of car ownership increases, auto after-sales market has already appeared. Vehicle components sale is becoming a main profitability during the auto AM, however, there exists many problems in the process of present parts sales. For example, some retail firms have an imprecise analysis of auto market to cause unreasonable stock, which increases cost invisibly. Besides, some retail companies are lack of the mechanism to regulate automobile market and fail to motivate the market vigor, promote components sale and gain maximal profit. Therefore,it's imperative to establish relevant decision support system and provide powerful decision support to enterprises of vehicle compon ents sale in the market activities, and to strengthen the market competitiveness of auto parts sale corporations.The essay is one the basis of certain group's components sale pattern on the auto industry chain platform, which analyzes a few existent questions in the fittings business,proposes a DSS for parts sale on account of the industrial chain cooperation platform and designs several new professional works built on the previous mode such as distribution task decision and discount decision. The article aims at elevating the market competitive power of vehicle components sale firms on the industrial chain platform and extract data from the cooperatio n platform to build accessories archives that are taken as databases for DSS.In addition, the article structures DSS for parts sale including researches into the central vault sales forecast submodels and rating evaluation models of service performance and studies respectively the application of moving average model and exponential smoothing model both belonging to time series prediction methods of the vehicle components marketing forecasting in transfer storage,and the use of a multi-aspects weighing method based on GDM group decision. The two models separately applying to distribution task decision business and discount decision business, offer powerful data support for relevant decisions.Last but not the least, the research, adopting C# language programme and B/S framework, is built on the development environments of Visual Stdio 2013 and SQL Server 2014 and makes a detailed project and its feasible plan about the parts archives' establishment and sales decision making system.
