A Study From The Perspective Of Oilfield Enterprise Environmental Cost In China Based On Stakeholders

Oilfield enterprises are the leading enterprises in China’s economic development.Today,in the context of changes in the world economic environment and the need for sustainable development,the oilfield enterprises are facing double pressure include the external crude oil prices fell,refined oil market shrinking and internal requirements "cost reduction".Under the double pressure,how to balance the economic development and green development,and achieve both high-speed development and sustainable development counterparts,is an urgent problem to be solved in China’s oil field enterprises.Stakeholders at all levels of government,individual purchasers,peer-competitive enterprises and the public have an important impact on the environmental costs of oilfield enterprises.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the environmental cost of oilfield enterprises based on the perspective of stakeholders.In this paper,the environmental cost of oilfield enterprises under the perspective of stakeholders is studied by literature research,induction research,game model,case analysis and questionnaire.First of all,on the basis of literature combing and related theoretical research,it is found that the environmental cost of China’s oilfield enterprises seriously hinders the complete transformation of China’s oil field enterprises to the "economical" and "low carbon" enterprises,while the environmental costs of oilfield enterprises are Impact of Stakeholders in Oilfield Enterprises.Secondly,this paper uses the game model method to construct four game models between oilfield enterprises and local governments,between oilfield enterprises and individual purchasers,oilfield enterprises and peers competing enterprises and multi-stakeholder in oil field enterprises.Thirdly,the case study was conducted to analyze the impact of stakeholder behavior on the environmental cost of S oil field enterprises represented by government,individual purchasers and the public at all levels.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the environmental cost of oilfield enterprises.This paper argues that the establishment of government environmental laws and regulations can help to improve the environmental cost management level of oilfield enterprises.The propensity of individual purchasers to consume environmental products will help to increase the investment cost of environmental enterprises and develop environmental products.Environmental costs will help guide oil companies to invest in environmental costs;active public supervision will help to promote oil field enterprises to improve environmental costs,and actively participate in environmental protection.Therefore,the environmental costs of oil field enterprises should cooperate with each other,play their respective roles,and jointly solve the environmental costs of oilfield enterprises to achieve the green development of oil field enterprises.
