With the further development of e-commerce,network consumption scale has been expanded,and the importance of Internet consumption for the whole Internet economy is increasing constantly.According to the deployment of the state council,the relevant consumption scale based on the Internet by 2020 is predicted to reach at 2.4 trillion,which shows the country to the network consumer attention.So,the factors of influencing online consumer and the relationship between the growth of the national economy and online consumer become a problem which is worth studying.In this article,through China's network consumption and the specific data of national economy from 2001 to 2013,and combining the development trend of China's Internet and mobile Internet,we select five important impact factors including national income per capita,the average number of Internet users,average Internet time,number of online sites and the number of online new terminals to make econometric analysis and find that national income per head are obtained and online new terminals has a positive stimulus to the growth of the network consumption but the per capita online time is the reverse effect on the growth of the network consumption.At the same time,this article is based on Chinese Internet consumption and economic growth in nearly 13 years actual data,using cointegration test and VAR model to discuss the relationship between these two factors,by using the response function and quantitative to further analysis of the impacts of the Internet consumption to economic growth.We find that the role of network consumption for the national economic growth is more noticeable in the first three cycles,and after this period,there are significant correlation between national income and the early stage of the national economy growth and the role of Internet consumption for the national economic growth is limited.Finally,based on the actual data,on the basis of economic theory and statistical analysis,we emphasize the role of Internet consumption for economic growth,and puts forward the relevant policy Suggestions to promote the network consumption including further increase people's income,further promoting the popularity of mobile Internet technology and regulating network consumption behavior,etc.
