In recent years,cloud computing has been expanded so rapidly in the global world.In this paper,we design a one-more cloud computing service supply chain coordination mechanism based on service level agreement(SLA),and we set a cloud computing service supply chain with a monopoly AIP and multiple competing ASPs.We use Stackelberg Game to describe the behavioral decision decision between one AIP and multiple ASPs,and we use Bertrand competition to characterize the competitive relationship between ASPs.The service system of ASPs is modeled as an M/M/1 queueing system while the effects of congestion are considered.In our model,AIP as the leader has the decision-making right for wholesale price and revenue-sharing proportion,while ASPs as the followers have just the right to conceal the information on marginal cost and determine the ordering computing capacity.In aim to reflect the characteristics of the cloud computing service supply chain,we use a Service Level Agreement SLA)as the foundation for the expected level of ASPs'services.As a result of longitudinal and transverse competitions,the efficiency of integration is always difficult to achieve in the distributed cloud computing service supply chain.To the cloud computing industry,how to coordinate the one-more cloud computing service supply chain based on SLAs to achieve the efficiency of integration is of great importance.We look forward to realizing the coordination of the one-more cloud computing services upply chain with supply chain contacts.Our main achievements are as follows:(1)The coordination mechanism of the cloud computing service supply chain under symmetric information.We discuss four coordination strategies:namely,centralized control,decentralized control(wholesale price contract),revenue sharing contract and all quantity discount contract under symmetric information.We can draw a conclusion that the wholesale price contract and revenue sharing contract can't realize coordination effectively,while the all quantity discount contract can coordinate the cloud computing service supply chain.(2)The coordination mechanism of the cloud computing service supply chain based on SLA under symmetric information.We also discuss four coordination strategies:namely,centralized control,decentralized control(wholesale price contract),revenue sharing contract and all quantity discount contract under symmetric information.We can draw a conclusion that the wholesale price contract and revenue sharing contract can't realize coordination effectively,while the all quantity discount contract can coordinate the cloud computing service supply chain.(3)The coordination mechanism of the cloud computing service supply chain based on SLA under asymmetric information.Under asymmetric information,we discuss the AIP's optimal revenue sharing strategy in case ASPs conceal the unit application service cost,with a comparative analysis made under symmetrical information at the same time.We can draw a conclusion that the AIP 's optimal revenue-sharing strategy to spur ASP swill pay a price for the anonymity and unobservability of ASPs' private information and reduce the profit,while ASPs can gain from that.The one-more cloud computing service supply chain under asymmetric information can't be coordinated.Numerical simulations are done to examine conclusions.
