The supply and demand matching in the cloud market aims to set up proper bargain contracts to guarantee the required service quality and profitability of the supply chain on given demand and supply strategy, the ultimate aim is to design a lean and agile cloud service system. The main contents and research results of this paper are as follows:(1) We set up the two-part tariff contract to coordinate the cloud service supply chain. Here, we considers the implementation of dynamic pricing strategy. The design of supply chain function is based on SLA contract, the two-part tariff pricing strategy is used to obtaine the optimal demand, supply and price in the decentralized scenario.(2) We put forward the bidirectional option to coordinate the cloud service supply chain in which the cloud service providers are allowed to reorder according to the actual market demand. We modify the traditional newsvendor model to match the features of the cloud service supply chain, including outages risk, scalability, and service perishability. Besides, we propose two capacity planning strategy, demonstrating pre-allocated strategy is superior to the instant-allocated strategy because of the expensive delay cost and instant-allocated cost. Finally, we develop a supply contract for a two-echelon cloud service supply chain with a bidirectional option, which can be used to achieve the coordination.(3)Finally, the cloud service supply chain under asymmetric demand is explored in this paper. According to the signaling theory, the two-tariff contract was designed, which made the service provider share his private demand information with the insfrastrucure service providers. The mechaniams leading to lessen the negative effect on the profit of the cloud service supply chain with the two-tariff contract.
