Research On Low Carbon-development Strategy Of A Company

A company is a state-owned petrochemical enterprises in eastern Beijing,along with the overall design scheme of the national low-carbon plan will be included in the national strategy, and comprehensively promote the low carbon economy, all walks of life is also blocked forward in energy saving and emission reduction and low-carbon technology innovation, low carbon, A company is facing unprecedented safety and environmental protection, energy saving, low carbon the product structure adjustment pressure. In the face of external pressure and internal demand of the development of the situation, A companies need to re-examine its own development strategy, formulate effective measures to adapt to the low carbon economy environment, improve their core competitiveness, sustainable development of enterprises.The related theory combined with the author's strategy, and access to a large number of low carbon economy and low carbon development in all aspects of literature, based on A's internal and external environment and enterprise control of capital, technology, human resources and other in-depth analysis of the internal and external environmental factors were established with matrix method and information research the experience method, and comprehensive analysis, using the SWOT method of the enterprise's advantages and disadvantages are summarized, the final study and put forward a low carbon strategy for the sustainable development of A company and the realization of the five strategy in the strategic planning of low carbon low carbon culture strategy, technology strategy, talent strategy, low-carbon clean the production strategy and Carbon Asset Management strategy. In this paper,the author makes an in-depth analysis of the five sub strategies by using the ANP network analytic hierarchy process, and gets the corresponding weights,which verifies the preciseness and scientific nature of the overall strategy and implementation strategy. Finally, in order to realize the general plan of A company's low carbon strategy, the author puts forward five safeguards:scientific and technological innovation, system innovation, management innovation, industrial restructuring and the establishment of a comprehensive coordination mechanism of low carbon strategy.To sum up, the author hopes this study can provide a reference for the transformation of the development direction of A company in the state of low carbon strategy planning, which helps to realize the green and low-carbon sustainable development and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,but also provide a reference for other petrochemical enterprises in low carbon development path.
