Since 1990s,climate change has had a profound impact on people's production and life.In order to respond in time, all countries and international organizations have made their own contributions.Since the"Kyoto Protocol",the carbon emission reduction work has become an important issue in the work of each national and regional governments, especially developed countries, who play an important role in promoting the establishment and improvement of carbon emissions trading system. Thanks to the market mechanisms in the allocation of resources, the cost of carbon emission reduction could be minimizing the use of economic means.Carbon verification is a key step in the re-certification of carbon emissions data in the carbon trading market. The establishment and improvement of carbon verification methods are of great significance to the healthy operation of the carbon market. In this paper,I take carbon verification method of our country as the research object, combined with the actual case of chemical enterprise, discusses how gradual development of the verification methods contributes to the promotion of the perfection of carbon verification system, which provides strong support for energy saving and emission reduction in China. In this paper,we first collect the carbon verification policy at home and abroad, understand the current development of carbon verification system, and make a pectination of related policies, systems, methods and market conditions. Then,on this basis,I try to explore data authenticity and uncertainty in carbon verification method of enterprises and institutions in practice. And the actual case of the chemical industry was studied. On the basis of the above research, theory and practice of the status quo,I try to put forward development proposals.
