| With the lack of modern non-renewable energy and the development of the global environmental pollution,solar photo-voltaic power generation has the characteristics of no pollution,clean,efficient,and these characteristics make developed countries attach extremelyimportance to the development and application of renewable energy,leading solar photo-voltaic power generation emerging industry became the universal attention and development of key areas on the world.In the 21 st century,solar photo-voltaic power generationoccupies a pivotal positionin the world’s energy consumption structure,will gradually become the main body of the worldenergy.According to forecast of related institutions,by the end of the 21st century,80%of the world energy structure for renewable energy,and in renewable energy,solar power will account for more than 60%.,this fully shows that solar energy photo-voltaic industry development space and good prospects for development,showing that,at the same time,solar photo-voltaic power generation in the important position of the world’s energy structure.The supply of traditional energy sources have been unable to meet the needs of modern production and living and environmental protection,new energy development strategy has become a national strategy in our country,protecting the environment has become an urgent problem in the world at present.Based on above reason,this paper build evaluation system of Hami photo-voltaic power generation project as the purpose of this study,based on the relatedphoto-voltaic theory research literature,Hami district,analyze the current solar energy resources and analyzes theinfluencing factors of photo-voltaic power generation project operation,discusses the further speed up project construction,scheme and measures of reducing the risk of the project.Therefore,this paperwas divided into five parts to achieve above purposes.The first part,the background of the construction of the project and significance,mainly introduces the project background,the significance and necessity of the construction of the project.The second part,the theory of project evaluation and reviewed,introducing the concept of project evaluation,the steps and content,expounds the theoretical research of solar photo-voltaic power generation scholars at home and abroad,completes the necessary theoretical groundwork for later analysis.The third part is market analysis.This paper introduces the current situation of the development of social energy,the status of the power system in Hami,the development of power system planning and power market given ability.The fourth part is project research plan.This chapter systematically on construction projects include,the basic situation of the project name,project construction site,main content and the scale of project construction,project organization and management,project construction organization,construction schedule,project financial evaluation and risk analysis of project social effect,carries on the detailed elaboration,is the core part of this article.The fifth part is conclusion,summarizes the advantages of this project,analysis is carried out on the project’s feasibility. |
