| Solar photo-voltaic power industry has become one of the most important renewable energy sources with bright prospect for human which is restricted further development for various problems and deficiencies in financing. Therefore it is very significant that how to improve financing environment by product invention. On the basis of the SWOT Theory and the product life-cycle Theory, This article comprehensively presents solar photo-voltaic power industry and its financing, makes in-depth analysis on photo-voltaic power industry’s financing of Ning Xia branch of K Bank, designs new financing products, and proposes typical schemes of products innovative design to solve the problem by means of positive analysis, comparative analysis and logical deduction. Currently, China is in a period of "new normal", "reform of the supply side", and poverty alleviation.
