Research Of Communication Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises Total Factor Productivity And Influencing Factors

With the continuous development of China’s industrial economy,the rapid development of high-tech manufacturing enterprises greatly driven the growth of economy,especially the electronic and communication equipment manufacturing enterprises,after many years of technology import and independent innovation,plays an important role for improvement of the electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry system and economic sustainable development.However,in the critical period of economic transformation and upgrading,the transformation development of communication manufacturing enterprises is particularly important,previous communication equipment manufacturing enterprises in our country mainly rely on cheap labor 、 low land costs and expense of the huge cost of environmental pollution to achieve rapid development,the international competitiveness is weak,in the current worldwide under the background of vigorously promote low-carbon economy,the transformation and upgrading of Chinese communication equipment manufacturing industry has become the key problem to solve.According to the China securities regulatory commission published “ communication equipment manufacturing enterprises”information of listed companies,eliminate the shorter time to market is lack of the enterprise and the data sample of enterprises,selection of 26 communication equipment manufacturing enterprises listed on the Shanghai exchange and Shenzhen exchange in 2006-2013 data,use DEA CCR model and DEA Malmquist index method to measure the efficiency of the communication equipment manufacturing enterprises,and empirical analysis the communication equipment manufacturing enterprises influence factors of total factor productivity、technical efficiency and technical progress,this article mainly carries on the analysis from the following several aspects:⑴Analyzes the current situation and problems of the development of communication manufacturing enterprises.⑵Use DEA-CCR model and DEA-Malmquist index method measuring the total factor productivity of 26 listed the efficiency of communication manufacturing enterprises,and from the perspective of the static and dynamic angle of view to analyze the efficiency.⑶Through qualitative analysis the influencing factors of communication equipment manufacturing enterprises efficiency,from enterprise scale 、enterprise management level、R&D funds and R&D personnel input four factors to empirical analysis the influence for communication equipment manufacturing enterprises total factor productivity、technical efficiency and technical progress.⑷According to the result of empirical analysis,put forward Suggestions for sustainable development of communication manufacturing enterprises in our country.Through the problems put forward,and theoretical and empirical analysis,analyze and conclude : enterprise management level 、 R&D funds and R&D personnel investment has a significant role in promoting total factor efficiency of communication equipment manufacturing enterprises in China,but enterprise scale has not significant effect in promoting efficiency of communication equipment manufacturing enterprises,according to empirical analysis results,put forward some suggestions for efficiency of communication equipment manufacturing enterprises.
