Recently,the industry of fresh and raw milk in China has developed very fast.However,the supply and demand status in fresh and raw milk market is always imbalance because that the pricing formation mechanism in this industry is not mature and the income of cow farmers can not be steady.This imbalance status has a negative influence on the development of the fresh and raw milk in China.The price of the fresh and raw milk plays an important role in the whole industry of milk,which can reflect the cost of production of the milk dairy products.Today,the requirement for milk dairy products increases a lot in China.The unstable cost of production about the milk dairy products already affects people's lives.This thesis will analyze the important factors that lead the price fluctuation in the milk industry.The outcomes will be helpful for protecting the benefits of cow farmers and the development of the milk industry of China.This thesis uses endogenous economic fluctuation theory and exogenous economic fluctuation theory create a relevant theory to the fresh and raw milk industry of China.Firstly,this thesis explains the formation mechanism theory of the price of fresh and raw milk as well as the theory of price fluctuation.Then,it discusses the environments of the fresh and raw milk industry in China in which the cow farmers have a great pressure.Lastly,this thesis analyzes the research outcomes by designing a measurement model which reflects the influenced factors of the fresh and raw milk price.Throughout systematically analyzing of the pricing formation mechanism in the fresh and raw milk industry,this thesis found that designing a rational and reasonable price standard of fresh and raw milk can stabilize milk market as well as encourage the corporation between the cow farmers and the local organizations,which can improve the pricing formation mechanism in the fresh and raw milk industry.This pricing formation mechanism also helps to decrease the risk of the relevant pricing fluctuation.It also good for the development of the milk market in China.
