TPM(Total Productive Maintenance)is an effective tool that modern enterprises carry out improvement activities.This thesis studied the TPM promotion as the research object based on SDSG company.SDSG co.,Ltd.is a large domestic engineering machinery manufacturing foreign-invested enterprises,So studied the TPM promotion project in order to keep up with the foreign-invested enterprises advanced management level.This dissertation researched and referenced the successful cases that other abroad and domestic company deployed and applied TPM activities by using the literature research methodology,enterprise investigation method,interviewing method,data statistics method and so on and analysized main exposed problems of the TPM promotion in SDSG company to seek the root causes.Then combined the TPM theory with SDSG company's actual situation to scheme improvement project from change management in enterprise culture,organization structure,performance management,etc aspects.Put forward the concrete implementation process and plan in order to ensure the implementation effect in TPM improvement project to promote the implementation of the TPM improvement activities in the SDSG company.sampled TPM promotion in mechanical manufacturing industry through studying on improvement project of TPM promotion of SDSG company,To recognize the essence of TPM activities,that is to say,"Top propulsion and Total involvment".The key is to form a atmosphere of the initiative of all staff and the willingness of improvement and emphasize the combination of short-term effect and long-term interests,and the combination of virtuality and reality in the course of implementation.The achievement of this thesis has very strong helps and maneuverability for those similar large enterprises implementing TPM.
