R&D professionals are an important role of software corporation, they ensure that software corporation persistent celerity development. R&D professionals devote their loyalty in profession more than that in corporation, because they have a career characteristic of pursuing ever-lasting job enrollment ability. In order to achieve efficient combination of R&D professionals'profession advance and software corporation celerity development, this paper studys on the influence factors of software R&D professionals'career development on the basis of foreign and domestic studies on the field mentioned above.This paper, with the purpose of solving the present problems in software corporation of our country and filling the lack of theoretical studies in the above field with the findings of this research, has established a theoretical model on the influence factors of software R&D professionals'career development, which can indicate on the relation between influence factors and software R&D professionals'career development. The model is on the base of the Career Development Theory, Career Anchor Theory, Achievement Motive Theory, Human Resource Management System Theory, and Career Management Theory. This paper tries to cause a heuristic argument exploring the influence factors and their relationship as well as degree of software R&D professionals'career development. Then it develops the index system and survey questionnaire of R&D professionals by research searches and opening survey. Besides that, a survey has been carried out in twelve software corporations, which come from five different cities. In this way, this paper pool 141 samples and further the study in data analyzing.The empirical study shows that the self-developed scale has a good reliability and validity. The findings also illustrates that the background variables are sex, age, corporation scale, corporation fixed number of year, all of which can significant influence software R&D professionals'career development. On the basis of those variables anlysis, the study also differs all the variables'positive and negtive relationship as well as their influential significant degree, besides managerial anchor, all others being positive variables. The fluential significant variables are managerial anchor technical or functional anchor, mastery motivation, staff recruitment system, training system, performance appraisal system, and career management. Above results certify the propotisions of the study.
