With the increasingly dynamic organizational environment and hyper competition,adapt to the traditional negative,passive tasks no longer meet the requirements of the times.From HUAWEI's "let people hear the gunfire to make a decision to Haier's"boundaryless organization "theory,constantly decentralization of management,let employee initiative has become an important resource to promote the successful enterprise management.In fact,the latest research results show that in many cases,employees are active in the organization to complete the task,this behavior is an important embodiment of the staff will take the initiative to break the constraints on the behavior of the current environment,the formation of more conducive to the completion of tasks the new environment,it is consistent with the concept of proactive personality.The personality reflects individuals aren't limited by situational forces,constantly seeking new ways to seize the opportunity,take the initiative to change The behavior tendency of the external environment.A large number of studies show that proactive personality on workplace behavior has a positive effect.For further understanding the effect of proactive personality,the relationship between the angle and the interaction based on the theory,respectively examine the moderating effect directly influences the proactive personality on unethical pro-organizational behavior and organizational ethical culture.From the 304 to the lower matching data show that individual initiative personality will lead to its non pro organizations engaged in ethical behavior.Organizational level results oriented culture,practical culture and proactive personality interaction can positively affect the individual's unethical pro-organizational behavior.The results of this study show that proactive personality of the individuals to the organizations engaged in the unethical behavior based on,is not conducive to long-term development of the organization,namely the personality traits of the negative effect of organization.
