Research On The Construction Of "Trinity" Of New-type Rural Cooperative System In Wenzhou

Currently,the rural development of agriculture has entered a new stage in our country.In response to the industrialization of agriculture,rural hollow and aging farmers,solve the problems who will do the farming and how to do the farming,we must deepen the rural reform comprehensively and build a new agricultural management system which is a combination of intensive,professional,organized and social.The construction of “Trinity”of new-type rural cooperative system is conducive to promoting the rural reform and it is a important way for the rural cooperative economic organizations of various types to seek their own development and growth.The construction of“Trinity”of new-type rural cooperative system is an objective and inherent requirement to solve the "Three Rural Issues".And it is also an urgent need for the development of modern agriculture.It's not only a specific action to carry out the party's "Three Rural" for Wenzhou to promote the construction of“Trinity” of new-type rural cooperative system,but also an effective way to solve the local "Three Rural Issues".Otherwise,it is conducive to deepen the rural reform comprehensively and promote the development of agriculture steadily in Wenzhou.Center on the research of the construction of “Trinity”of new-type rural cooperative system,this paper analyzes the current development of the construction of“Trinity”of new-type rural cooperative system from the basic situation,development status and performance evaluation of the three aspects in Wenzhou,through literature research and survey analysis.There are some main problems such as: not enough understanding and grasp on the construction of“Trinity;insufficient basis for the development of“Trinity”of new-type rural cooperative system;the service platform should be strengthened;and so on.On the basic of the analysis of the problems and in connection with the specific situations in Wenzhou,some related countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to solve these problems such as:respect the market rules and improve the operational mechanism;create a beneficial environment which is conducive to develop agricultural social service;out of the demand for talent "dilemma";and so on.This paper has some significance of theoretical reference and practical operation for the construction of “Trinity” of new-type rural cooperative system and deepen the reform in Wenzhou and some cities or regions similar.
