The Analysis Study On The Grade Change Of The Cultivated Land Quality In Yichun City

The cultivated land protection is one of the key points of the Chinese land management policy,the quality protection of the cultivated land is more and more standardized,from 2011 when the state introduced the relevant policies to 2016,more and more policy documents on the quality protection of the cultivated land were published,especially "the measures for the quality evaluation methods,supervision and monitoring of the cultivated land",which was passed by the fourth executive meeting of the Ministry of agriculture in May 3,2016,made the quality protection of the cultivated land to a new height,required that the quality evaluation of the cultivated land must including:the quality grade evaluation of the cultivated land,the quality monitoring evaluation of the cultivated land,the quality evaluation of the cultivated land in certain area,the specific index evaluation of the cultivated land quality,the quality evaluation of the newly increased cultivated land,and the emergency investigation and evaluation of the cultivated land quality,at the same time,this policy required that the state and provincial governments must issue the information on the quality of the cultivated land in their area every 5 years.Thus,a large number of scholars and government workers are focusing on the quality of the cultivated land,based on the 3 quality evaluation results of the cultivated land in Yichun City,this study analyszed the change trend of the cultivated land quality in Yichun City,in order to find out the characteristics and the perfect needs of the cultivated land quality in Yichun City,according to the perfect needs of the cultivated land quality in Yichun City,this study put forward some suggestions for improving the cultivated land quality in Yichun City.The study includes 7 parts of the main content:An introduction,the study theoretical basis of the analysis study on the quality grade change of the cultivated land in Yichun City,the analysis on the current situation of the cultivated land in Yichun City,the analysis on the current situation for the quality grade of the cultivated land in Yichun City,the analysis on the grade change of the cultivated land quality in Yichun City,the suggestions on improving the quality of the cultivated land in Yichun City,the research conclusion and discussion.In this study the main parts are the analysis on the current situation of the cultivated land in Yichun City,the analysis on the current situation for the quality grade of the cultivated land in Yichun City,the analysis on the grade change of the cultivated land quality in Yichun City,the suggestions on improving the quality of the cultivated land in Yichun City 4 parts.Based on the simple introduction to the natural,economic and social conditions in Yichun City,the analysis on the current situation of the cultivated land in Yichun City was the present situation analysis on the cultivated land in 2011,in 2013 and in 2014 in Yichun City,the present situation analysis on the cultivated land in 2011,in 2013 and in 2014 in Yichun City mainly analyzed the present situation analysis on the cultivated land in Yichun City from 3 the cultivated land quality.By the analysis,this study found:in 2011,in 2013 and in 2014,the grades of the cultivated land quality were mainly concentrated between 2 grades to 14 grades in Yichun City,the national natural grade of the cultivated land quality was on the low side,the national economic grade of the cultivated land quality and the national utilization grade of the cultivated land quality were on the high sides,thus,the natural conditions of the cultivated land in Yichun City was worse,the economic conditions of the cultivated land and the utilization conditions of the cultivated land were better.Based on the introduction of the grade evaluation results of the cultivated land quality in 2011,in 2013 and in 2014 in Yichun City,the analysis on the grade change of the cultivated land quality in Yichun City analyzed the grade change of the cultivated land quality in Yichun City from 3 aspects:the national economic grade of the cultivated land quality,the national utilization grade of the cultivated land quality,the national natural grade of the cultivated land quality.Finally,based on the analysis on the grade change of the cultivated land quality in Yichun City,this study summed up the grade change characteristics of the cultivated land quality in Yichun City from 3 aspects:the national economic grade of the cultivated land quality,the national utilization grade of the cultivated land quality,the national natural grade of the cultivated land quality.Based on the analysis on the grade change and the characteristics of the cultivated land quality in Yichun City,the suggestions on improving the quality of the cultivated land in Yichun City put forward the perfect need to the construction of the cultivated land quality in Yichun City from 3 aspects:the national economic grade of the cultivated land quality,the national utilization grade of the cultivated land quality,the national natural grade of the cultivated land quality,then this study put forward the perfect suggestions to the construction of the cultivated land quality in Yichun City from 3 aspects:the national economic grade of the cultivated land quality,the national utilization grade of the cultivated land quality,the national natural grade of the cultivated land quality.By the analysis on the grade evaluation results of the cultivated land quality in 2011,in 2013 and in 2014 in Yichun City,this study summed up the grade change characteristics of the cultivated land quality in Yichun City,at the same time,this study put forward the perfect suggestions to the construction of the cultivated land quality in Yichun City from 3 aspects:the national economic.grade of the cultivated land quality,the national utilization grade of the cultivated land quality,the national natural grade of the cultivated land quality.Thus,this study was an empirical study on the analysis on the grade change of the cultivated land quality in Yichun City,although there are a lot of researches on the grade evaluation of the cultivated land quality by domestic scholars,the research on the grade evaluation of the cultivated land quality based on the grade evaluation results of the cultivated land quality are less,thus,this study provided a high practical basis for the empirical change study on of the cultivated land quality based on the grade evaluation results of the cultivated land quality.
