A Study On The Development Of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives In Ruian

Farmer specialized cooperative is a special component of the rural production relations in our country,and it is a new production organization based on the household contract responsibility system.Under the premise of ensuring the collective ownership of rural land resources,the cooperatives further integrate the rural production resources and improve the efficiency of agricultural production.Under the background of the development of agricultural industrialization,it plays an increasingly important role.Ruian is the central city in the south of Wenzhou,and it is also the traditional agricultural production area.In recent years,the number of farmer cooperatives in Ruian has been increasing,which has played an important role in Ruian's agricultural economic system.In fact,cooperatives also faces many deep-seated problems,both in the development of the scale,or in the business benefits,although there has been significant progress,but compared with the increasingly fierce market competition,still showing their own shortcomings.This article mainly aims at the actual development of Ruian cooperatives,four representative cooperatives visited the scene,and the three aspects of local government,cooperative management,farmers visited the dialogue,collecting and processing the practical problems encountered in the development of cooperatives.At the same time,combined with the performance of various types of data,the problem of cooperative positioning and accurate judgment.On this basis,the reasons behind these problems are analyzed.This paper argues that the development of Ruian City cooperatives appear stagnation,mainly due to the external environment is complex and the means of government regulation,lack of internal management mechanism and backward labor personnel low quality four aspects.For these four reasons,to take corresponding measures to make up and improve,will help to open up a new space for the development of cooperatives.Through the study of this paper,I hope to provide some reference and reference for the practice of related fields.
