Industrial Performance Evaluation And Policy Research Of Guangfeng Majia Grapefruit

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy.The central government has repeatedly stressed that we should put the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" as a top priority job and pay special attention to,and adhere that to put the development of modern agriculture and prosper the rural economy as a top priority.To this end,the central stand at the height of strategy and overall,to publish the 1st document to guide the work of "three rural" work consecutive for seven years,strong density of agricultural benefits farmers policy,the big intensity,the big breakthrough,which are unprecedented.The Majia grapefruit as the fastest growing,the most powerful fruit industry,has a strong representation in the development of modern agriculture,the prosperity of the rural economy,so in this article we choose Guangfeng Majia grapefruit industry as an example to study.In this paper,we use the the methods to study combining with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,Guangfeng Majia grapefruit as the object of study,based on field research and questionnaire survey data and data from the macro and micro levels,the use of SPSS descriptive statistics on the paper analyzes the status quo of Majia grapefruit industry in Guangfeng.We found that the problems existing in the development process of Majia grapefruit industry are: lack of basic research investment,weak technical force,difficult industrial financing,disjointed management service,imperfect market system and government support strength is not enough.Based on the above problems,this paper analyzes the input-output efficiency of Majia grapefruit industry by using the DEA model,and then constructs the performance evaluation index system of Majia grapefruit,based on AHP analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method to index weight,to do a comprehensive evaluation to Majia grapefruit industry.Finally,we made the conclusion:Guangfeng Majia grapefruit industry is in a stage of rapid development,the overall performance of the industry is not high,and the difference between the different performance significantly.We analysis of it and find the main reasons are: fruit quality varies greatly,late capital investment,the industry level is relatively low,the standard set serious lag,the market system is not perfect,and then we put forward policy recommendations so as to promote the industry performance : continue to increase industrial support efforts,to speed up the development of industrial standards;effectively strengthen the brand marketing promotion;improve the sound market system construction;continue to accelerate the "successive" pace.
