Research On The Risk Management Of Agent Of Government Investment Projects

Agent construction system is beneficial to separate government functions from enterprise management and transformation of government functions,and can give full play to the role of market competition so as reducing corruption effectively.But the agent construction system as a new thing,there are many problems.For example,the main body of the implementation acting system in the agent-construction responsibility,right,interests do not match,the power and obligation inequality,legal status of people on behalf of the construction is not clear and so on.Therefore,the risk types of agent are various and complicated,pose a huge threat and challenge to their survival and development.Based on this,this paper researches risk management of agent has very important theoretical value and practical significance.In this paper,The integrated use of project management theory,risk management theory,system engneering theory,etc.makes a qualitative and quantitative research to the risks faced by the perspective of construction of people,the main work is as follows:(1)Summary of Risk Research Status of Construction Agent,proposed the value and necessity of risk management of construction agent.(2)On the concept of project construction and the construction of risk management is defined,the construction agent system mode and other modes are compared and analyzed,so as to further clarify the connotation and process of agent construction system.(3)Methods for identification and analysis of risks on behalf of the construction people are summarized,while the risk source of Construction Agent in the decision-making,design,construction and completion stages of the construction project are qualitative analyzed comprehensively and systematic,and risk of each stage of construction has carried on the quantitative evaluation and sorting,and finds out the main risk in every phase for risk response work of Construction Agent more focused and targeted.(4)Proposed risk response strategy,the response system and the risk monitoring content and process for Construction Agent.Overall,the paper from the perspective of Construction Agent,focusing on the risk sources of Construction Agent at various stages of construction project,and apply the AHP method for the quantitative evaluation,find out the man risk of Construction Agent in the project construction phase.Finally,propose appropriate coping strategies in order to provide reference and guidance for the risk response work of Construction Agent...
