A enterprises belong to group company,the group's main production is corrugated carton,it is belongs to the low-end manufacturing.Group's strategy is to do the best paper products packaging enterprise in China,Due to this strategy,under the requirement of the group's strategic management framework,the management of the subordinate enterprises were asked for higher requirements.on the outside,enterprise performance is very difficult to have great development;inside,the management is difficult to break through the current situation of stagnation.In view of this,to build a learning team,improve business efficiency and Improve the degree of automation become the urgent problems in the enterprise,the establishment and perfection of the training system become the leading work of management reform.First,this article use the larger space to describe the condition of industry of A enterprise,the condition of industry compared with the United States and China,A enterprise groups strategic requirements,the present of A enterprise management status,labors level and so on various aspects to carry on the analysis,through to the enterprise training demand analysis,find out the necessity of training.Secondly,in-depth analysis the present problems existing in the training system of A enterprise,according the existing problems,combining enterprise's management and the strategic target,from he three big aspects to carry on the analysis research.including the training plan,the training implementation and the training improvementIn particular,the training is not the single management tool,can't solve all the problems of the operation and management of A enterprises facing now,but the reasonable and effective training system will have the effect of advance and incentive in daily work of operation and management.In terms of training content,training needs from the highly strategy combined with the reality of standing slightly;In terms of training time,the improvement and perfection of training system is not achieved overnight,but advancing with the times for a long term.
