This paper intends to lead fine management in the training in order to improve the quality and effect of enterprise training and combine theory with practice. By using the methods of questionnaire survey, documentary, case analysis and practice, the author analyzed deeply the current situation of enterprise training and concluded existing common problems of enterprise training. To solve practical problems, we can focus on two aspects: First, establishing enterprise training systems; Scecond, enforcing strictly according to system and process and management in place.Under such background, the author put forword to lead fine management in the training in order to solve the questions of enterprise training by fine management. Looking at the present document, there isn't viewpoint of using fine management in the process of enterprise training.This is also my new idea of the paper.The key of fine management is to clear duty, standard process, perfect systems, execute in strict rotation, monitor efficiently, fast feedback and correct timely. In this spirit, this paper brings up establishing enterprise training systems from nine aspects:setting up of training department and equipping of training staff; drawing up of overall training plan; analysing its demand; developing of training course; training and employing of teacher; drawing up of specific plan; condition security of training implement; evaluating of training results; monitoring of training process.
