Casting is the basic manufacturing equipment industry,China’s casting production for 15 consecutive years ranked first in the world,is worthy of the name of the casting power,but the overall performance is still large but not strong.Casting enterprises labor intensity,poor working environment,the quality is difficult to control,has been faced with the plight of useless work,relying on information technology to achieve industry transformation and upgrading is imperative.Based on the present situation of the development of the foundry industry and the urgent need of KOCEL production management information,this paper makes use of the software engineering methods such as IT architecture research method,parallel management method,demand investigation method,software evolutionary experimental methods and other software engineering methods.First of all,conduct a comprehensive analysis of KOCEL production management status and the main problems,to determine the core needs of production management.Secondly,with the integration of information and industrialization as the guiding ideology,put forward plans,site,cost,equipment,security management of the five management information system optimization programs.Planning management through the ERP and other management system docking;site management through the field application terminal,to achieve production planning,quality planning,cost planning,training programs,and 6S,team building and other direct management;cost management through the development of ERP on the basis of a single cost management model,to achieve cost management to a single,to the process of refinement mode;equipment management based on the original equipment for intelligent transformation,integration with other management systems applications,real-time sharing of equipment data and operating status;security management through three-dimensional visualization equipment fault diagnosis and early warning system to achieve visualization of equipment maintenance maintenance management.Finally,the author analyzes the information foundation,management,capital,human resources and technical feasibility of KOCEL production management information system,puts forward the safeguard measures of production management information system optimization.And evaluate the expected effect.This paper aims at optimizing the KOCEL production management information system,hoping to improve the production management level of the shared group,make the production management work more standardized,help to improve the production efficiency,reduce the comprehensive cost,but also provide reference for similar enterprises.
