With the continuous development of China’s economy,national wealth is also showing explosive growth,high net worth population also is in rapid growth,with the population of high net worth wealth management at the same time,demand is also growing.Thus,China’s banking industry is in a continuous exploration and transformation,along with China’s private banks got rapid development,while private banks in China is still in its infancy,but the face of such a broad and a huge potential market,each private banks are constantly in fierce competition with the game,hoping to get fast the development of a foothold in the market.The customer is the private banking business,how to make customers more favor for their business,more satisfied with their service,how to do the communication with customers,better customer relationship,each private banks are worth pondering.In this paper,the private banking industry is more representative of the EB bank private bank as the research object,in how to better customer relationship management on the issue of in-depth study.This article from the private banking customer relationship management theory and practice,through the introduction of private banking customer relationship management of foreign advanced strategy of EB bank existing customer relationship management strategy analysis and comparison,find out five problems:customer classification based on the lack of subdivision,simple product structure,business process cumbersome,lack of customer information management system,get customer mode passive.Through the analysis of the development of EB bank private banking customers the advantage of rich resources,more outlets,native culture,sufficient time;disadvantages are lack of professional talents,domestic institutional constraints,lack of service products,non-international network;have the opportunity to expand demand,high net worth population size upgrade,high profit income and the highly fragmented market;the threat of the entry of foreign banks,the competition between Chinese banks,the rapid rise of independent wealth institutions and non-bank financial institutions business transformation.The combinatorial optimization scheme using SWOT analysis method,from customer information,customer service,customer communication these three aspects put forward optimization scheme of EB bank private banking customer relationship management,to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization scheme,the design for the supporting measures.
