YC Group's Comprehensive Budget Management Integrated Innovation Model Construction Research

Comprehensive budget management is a kind of enterprise business management,external environment,internal resource allocation convergence,the whole process of business activities to control the business management model.Comprehensive budget management will be strategic,systematic,human and other ideas as a whole,is an effective tool for enterprise management.With the development of the times,the view of budget management is single,the implementation difficulty is not consistent with the reality of the enterprise,and so on.To solve these problems,it is necessary to construct a new budget management mode to the development of budget management.This paper first summarizes and summarizes the theory of comprehensive budget management and its related theories,and then reviews the relevant literatures of comprehensive budget management,especially the comprehensive budget management of petroleum enterprises,and has a comprehensive understanding of the contents of comprehensive budget management.On the basis of this,this paper studies the implementation of YC Group's comprehensive budget management as the basic case,analyzes the current situation of its budget management and finds that although the company has implemented the comprehensive budget management in some units,many problems.Then,through the analysis of the key issues and the analysis of the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the YC Group to implement the comprehensive budget management model,and uses ABB,BSC,EVA,BBM,four widely recognized comprehensive budget management The YC Group,which is composed of the six major processes of adjusting the budget and budget evaluation,has been constructed by using the comprehensive construction method,and the YC Group has been established by using the comprehensive construction method.The YC Group has been established to determine the strategic objectives of the enterprise,determine and decompose the budget target,prepare the budget,budget implementation and monitoring,Comprehensive budget management integrated innovation model,and analyzed the advantages of the model,and finally put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of the model a series of safeguards.The paper uses four kinds of comprehensive budget management methods to construct the integrated management model of budget management for large enterprise groups,which has certain guiding significance for the implementation of enterprise budget management.
