Organizational commitment and employee job satisfaction,career development is largely affected by the work values,and work values with the staff recruitment,motivation and organizational culture are closely related.Simply put,for a long time leader is leader values of the formation of the individual himself.It can influence the leader right and wrong judgment,and behavior choice,it to the leadership behavior,even for leadership effectiveness,including subordinates performance,not only the positive effect,also can produce negative effect.In I look up to the existing literature,most scholars would look to separate the attention of leaders values in this area,and is the most important factor affecting the formation of the individual values to determine influence values the multiple dimensions of leaders;And scholars interested in the relationship between employee performance and their work values,and further studied the deposit does not exist between intermediate variable,if have so how does it affect the relationship between the two,not like other scholars explore the enterprise leaders directly the relationship between work values and employee performance,so attention permeates,so a different approach,this paper studies organization leaders of the relationship between work values and employee performance.The interview method and questionnaire investigation,this article USES the first work of enterprise leaders values and employee performance situation of the relationship between the preliminary understanding,study of training transfer documents,selects the main factors influencing scope,thus put forward in this paper,the content of the study.Select enterprise senior leaders work values such as dimension,the factors that affect employee performance,put forward the corresponding assumptions,and build the initial model.Implementation of questionnaire survey,the survey results using SPSS17.0 and AMOSI17.0 analysis,factor analysis,reliability and validity analysis,regression analysis and the adjustment effect analysis,validate assumptions,it is concluded that enterprise senior leaders work values influence on employee performance.In this paper,innovation is the enterprise top leaders work values and employee performance as the research object,put forward the influence factors of the former on the latter;With interactive justice as a moderator variable,enrich the related research of the relationship.
