Empirical Study On Financial Support To New Urbanization In Inner Mongolia

New urbanization is the important driving force for economic restructuring and upgrading.New urbanization is also the powerful engine to promote economic restructuring and upgrading in Inner Mongolia,it dose can help promote the technological innovation and the overall development of urban and rural areas.Inner Mongolia's new urbanization level continues to accelerate,In the past 20 years,Industrial population continue Increasing,urban agglomeration construction realize a remarkable achievements,and industrial structure adjustment make big advancement.However,in the process of urbanization in Inner Mongolia,there are imbalance between urban and rural in the process of Economic development,and Energy consuming industry overcapacity and so on.Only further improve the overall urban and rural construction and industrial restructuring in the financial participation,in order to effectively overcome the problems faced by the new urbanization in Inner Mongolia.Theoretical and empirical studies show that financial development is a mutual promotion linkage system for new urbanization.If we want to solve the problem of new urbanization in Inner Mongolia,we should try our best to boost ing financial support to the new urbanization,improving the financial structure and the financial efficiency.This paper carries out a research on the financial support of the new urbanization,analyzes the mechanism that financial support the new urbanization,so decision analysis the contribution financial support to the New urbanization in Inner Mongolia from the population urbanization,space urbanization,urbanization,urban and rural industry these four aspects.And offer the proposal from the financial scale,the financial efficiency the financial structure these three aspects that improve the level of new urbanization in Inner Mongolia.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of Inner Mongolia finance and new urbanization,and constructs the index system of financial development and new urbanization level.Among them,according to the theory of financial development theory,we choose the financial scale,financial structure,financial efficiency of the 3 indicators,and for the new urbanization level in Inner Mongolia,we determine the population urbanization,industrial urbanization,space urbanization 3 indicators.On the basis of the construction of the index system,we use EVIEWS7.2 software,using ADF,Johansen integration test to analyse current situation that how the financial support the new urbanization and what the contribution it make to the new urbanization in Inner Mongolia,lastly analyse the reason between them.Through cointegration test and regression analysis,this paper analyzes the effect of Finance on population urbanization,Finance on industrial urbanization,finance and urbanization.Based on the analysis of the financial structure,financial efficiency,financial scale to promote the role of urbanization to determine the strength of the analysis of the reasons,the correct conclusions.The empirical results show that financial support of Inner Mongolia new urbanization structure is not reasonable,direct financing support and financial support for the new urbanization is low efficiency,failed to effectively promote the industrial structure adjustment of the third industry fast,and the funds support is not enough.According to the conclusions of theoretical analysis and empirical research,the article puts forward the following suggestion,firstly we should improve the level of financial services technology so that improve efficiency in the use of funds;secondly,we should promote the development of capital market and broaden the private capital and social security funds that support the construction of new urbanization,only in this way,can we optimize the financial structure which support the new urbanization in Inner Mongolia;lastly,In order to promote the financial support in rural areas,we should keep improving and innovating the financial services in rural and pastoral areas.
