Research On Financial Support In Hebei's New-type Urbanization

As an important propeller for China's future economic progress and an significant measure to implement the Urban-Rural integration overall,the construction of the new-pattern urbanization not only supply a solution to the "issues about Agriculture,Rural areas and Farmer",fill the income gap between urban and rural areas,but also have important significance to urban environmental problems.New-pattern urbanization in Hebei province is constantly developing,but many problems have been produced meanwhile.In order to give impetus to wholesome and high-speed development of the new-pattern urbanization in Hebei Province,this paper studies the part of financial backing in the construction of new-pattern urbanization in Hebei province.And chase down effective ways to enhance the financial backing in the construction of new-pattern urbanization,in the hope of promoting the construction of new-pattern urbanization in Hebei province.This paper studies the role of financial backing in the construction of new-pattern urbanization in Hebei province from two aspects of theoretical research and empirical analysis.First of all,review the relevant theory of financial progression and urbanization theoretics,then describe the interaction mechanism between financial development and urbanization construction,on the basis of former analyses,analysing the financial backing in the construction of new-pattern urbanization of Hebei Province.Based on the relevant data of Hebei province from 2005 to 2014,the VAR model was established,and the part of financial backing in the construction of new-pattern urbanization in Hebei province was analyzed.Through the analysis of the empirical outcomes,we can arrive at a conclusion:There is a long-run equilibrium relationship between the financial backing indexes and the new-pattern urbanization indexes;At the same time,the cointegration coefficient of the financial scale is smaller than that of the financial efficiency in the two equations,which shows that in the construction of new-pattern urbanization the backing of financial efficiency is greater than the backing of the financial scale;Besides,Granger causality test suggests that the financial scale and financial efficiency becoming Granger reasons of the population urbanization,the industrial structure optimization and the infrastructure;According to this,we can know that the financial scale plays a promoting role in population urbanization,industrial structure optimization and infrastructure construction of the new-pattern urbanization,so does the financial efficiency;But different financial indexes of the new-pattern urbanization have the different sizes of support strength,while the financial development has different influence in three aspects of new-pattern urbanization,which shows that the financial support in the construction of new-pattern urbanization in Hebei province still needs to be improved and intensified.Ultimately,give some relevant proposals for problems in the construction of new-pattern urbanization in Hebei Province,in hope of propelling the construction of new-pattern urbanization in Hebei province.
