The rapid urbanization in China causes the dramatic changes of city space continuously, connotation and denotation expansion of scale and function upgrade process of the organic combination of the urban space, the process of urban space has created a new type city, which has a typical characteristics is that a geographical space is experiencing a transformation process from rural district to urban area. To a large extent,the emerging urban area is the main carrier of urban functions and space reconstruction,the smooth transition not only affects the urban space structure, and even about urban development prospects. Emerging urban transformation is the essence of urban function transformation and upgrade, space reconstruction of the leading industry selection and industry tend to have a decisive significance. Emerging urban development, on the other hand, are often faced with two possible situations: one is to use the big opportunity event or implanted flagship projects, through large-scale high intensity input and rapid transformation in the short term, as a new feature of urban space zones; Secondly it is for free from the development strategy of city the main body to the so-called "stochastic growth" area. On this basis, this article focuses on China’s megacities emerging city as the object, city"stochastic growth" as the focus, mainly on the theory of industrial ecology, trying to build the leading industry selection and industry emerging urban space reconstruction theory analysis framework, and with Zhangjiawan street in Wuhan city as a case for applied research, hope for super-large city industry development in the emerging urban planning research method to provide theoretical enlightenment and reference for Zhangjiawan functional reorganization of the street space and reconstruction to provide intellectual support and wisdom.The paper’s main conclusions are as follows:First,the streets of Zhangjiawan industrial development in Wuhan city based analysis. This part referring to the methods of ecological thought and ecological niche in the space environment factors analytical industry environment and resources,industrial development ability, appraised by experts overall judgment to the interaction defined industry competitive advantage, build based on industrial ecology analysis method in choosing the leading industry in emerging cities. Research shows that: the future of Wuhan city streets of Zhangjiawan industrial development does not have regional competitive advantage, but part of the department of traditional service industry has a certain competitive advantage, combined with industry development policy guidance and regional space development situation,to build with consumer services as the core,producer services, and cultural creative industry as the fulcrum of the streets leading industry system, is the strategic choice to reconstruct the Zhangjiawan industrial street space.Third, Zhangjiawan street of Wuhan industrial layout and space organization research. This part in industrial location equilibrium analysis, on the basis of industrial space layout planning block. This part from two aspects: strategic planning and mechanism innovation put forward Zhangjiawan industrial spatial street refactoring support security system.
