Research On The Application Of Risk Management In C Company

C company is a typical representative of' state-owned large aviation manufacturing enterprises,has the characteristics of multi legal person,multi-level organization structure and multi functions and diversified management,which covers 11 categories and 71 kinds of'risks,which involve many kinds of risks,especially in foreign investment,supplier management and exchange rate.At the same time,along with the economic globalization process,the survival and development of C company is facing profound changes,the market competition is increasingly fierce,the various uncertainties,effective prevention and resolve risks has become one of the most concerned problems,how to form an effective compreliensive risk management system,the system to prevent and resolve their own business and other risks,and to become the company's high value and effectively strengthen the important work.At the same time,according to the state owned Assets Management Committee of the State Council on the "central enterprise comprehensive risk management guidelines" requirements,C company actively coordinating human,material and financial resources,and intermediary organizations to carry out the project,the establishment of a risk management system to adapt to the characteristics of the company.In this paper,the theory and practice research methods,C company as a typical representative of state-owned large aviation manufacturing enterprises,the system of C company risk management system,organization and other security system and report,assessment and other operating system analysis,through practice and analysis,from different angles found C company risk management system in the existing problems,put forward suggestions for improvement,and actively promote the C company's risk management system.Especially in risk management and operation system,the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as optimizing risk monitoring index,establishing risk management information system,and puts forward the scheme of establishing emergency response plan and risk management assessment system.
