Research On Application Of Risk Management In SW Company In The Construction Of Hpc System

Chengdu SW High Technology Industrial Co., Ltd(also called SW Co. in short), built in 2002, is a local enterprise aiming at electronic product supplier. The business of the company varies from design,manufacture, of Robot,electronic etc..The poject of High Rerformance Computing center(HPC) of SW Co., Estate, is an estate project for design and manufacture to the company, and can directly affect the effectiveness and efficiency of the informational construction. At present, during the establishment of HPC, many problems like the complexity of the project demands, the difficulty of managing the selection, requirement for high quality and the long implementation cycle etc., need to be solved..The author, responsible for the management of the HPC project, will analyze the current situation of management, management features and a series of problems to be solved. Using the relative theoretical methods in the project management, this paper will study the problems from the following perspectives of the establishment of the HPC, risk management in purchasing management in detail.To the problem of unclear project scoping, addressing the issues of insufficient requirement survey, offset to the plan etc., contract negotiation,including the HPC,this essay will come up with making a strategic decision management, making purchas plan,performance and ending wich should be included in purchasing management.Almost,the risk existing in these stage like technology,communication or management,should be distinguishen, estimated. Hereby,the author make a method to them.The project risk management mentioned in the essay have applied in construction project of HPC, and its related research results have important referential meaning in the specific development of construction project.
