A Study On Economic Development Of Qinghai Province By Institutional Insights

The regional imbalance of economic development is a national problem,affecting the harmonious and stable development of society.In the less developed regions of the multi-ethnic province of Qinghai,the gap of economic level is widening with developed areas,facing bottlenecks.With opportunity of“The belt and road”,“The mass innovation,All business”,Qinghai ushered in the development of opening and innovation.The 13 th Five-Year Plan and the Economic Development Forums have proposed to build a Efficient institutional environment for the operation of capital investment,entrepreneurship,cross-regional cooperation and technological innovation.Firstly,Paper describes related concept of institution,relationship between economy and institution,and the main institutional economic theory.Analyzes the efffcets decided by institution system on inimbalance problem in China's regional economic development.Generalized in qinghai province,the causes of the increasingly widening gap with the developed areas depends on the imbalance of institutional change.Then,basing on qinghai province,with application of the theory of institutional economics,paper explains and analyzes the impact of institutional changes of qinghai initial conditions,concludes the main institutional factors in its economic development,references four proxies formal system and informal system,explaining main institutional factors affecting the economic development of qinghai province.In the end,it concludes there has higher growth and upside potential in the private property rights system of qinghai province(mainly of private property rights protection and the definition of environmental accountability),marketing operation system,state authority(fair law and fair education)and ideological(mainly religious).Finally,the article draws some institutional suggestions,to make a corresponding system on the above several aspects above.By Institutionalinnovation,promoting the comprehensive development of economy in qinghai province and to narrowing the gap with developed areas faster at the same time.Making contributions to the development of cross-regional,opening institutional system for international trade.Contributing to deeper and wider development of China's economy and comprehensive economic and social harmonious development.
