China Fosun Group's Overseas Investment Strategy Research

With the deepening of internationalization and the rising power of China enterprise itself.there are many companies have achieved great success in the overseas investment.Fosun Group is one of them,by December 2015,the 20 overseas investments projects,most of the projects are obtained great success.The fields of Fosun Group invested areas focus on comprehensive medicine,retail,insurance,real estate,entertainment,and obtains the huge gains in these areas.In this paper,we take Fosun Group as an example in the situation both domestic and overseasto analyze its overseas investment strategy combining its own investment environment,First of all,To introduce the basic situation of Fosun Group and the evolution course of overseas investment,list the case of overseas investment of Fosun Groupand the case summary on the characteristics of the industry,it concludes that the diversification and burgeoning of investment industry of Fosun Group.Industry diversification is mainly refers to dabble in a wide range including medicine,.Burgeon is mainly based on the current generally recognized by the people’s health,happiness,fashion,rich life philosophy,inducing its industry characteristics.Secondly,the analysis of Fosun Group about current investment surroundingsincluding inland and overseas environment,itself environment,using PEST analysis method in the research of domestic environment.On the investment strategy using the combination of qualitative and quantitative method from three aspects are discussed and analyzed including location choice,way of financing,entrance mod.Once more,we make a comparison and comparative analysis and summary on upper,then pointing out that the main cause of Fosun Group success and may face the risk problems concluding industry management,internal resource integration etc.Finally,pointing out that Fosun Group and even private enterprises from theenterprise itself,government level,industry level how to better and more successful overseas investment to provide comments and suggestions.The innovation of this paper: one is from investment philosophy of Fosun Group "insurance and financial","China power grafting of global resources" to research and analyze its foreign investment situation,comparing to the preceding research method,this paper based on domestic and foreign investment case for private enterprises to expand abroad more reference value.Secondly,this article also use contrast research method,combining with management and economics,comprehensively analysis of Fosun Group investment strategy of "personality" and "common",breaking type mode of the previous pure theory to analysis the enterprise,this article from the angle of the specific case and specific investment strategy,more targeted and practical research,the overseas investment of more significance for the private enterprise.
