Globalization has become the mainstream of world economic development,Chinese enterprises from the initial passive into the wave of globalization,to now actively participate in the international stage,participation attitudes and characteristics have undergone tremendous changes.In the face of the increasingly competitive environment in the world,Chinese enterprises need to identify their own in the complex international environment,the macroeconomic environment and industry micro-characteristics of an accurate grasp of the objective assessment of their own development characteristics,to develop a clear and feasible international strategy,And as flexible and correct implementation as possible,in order to allow enterprises to continuously upgrade the level of international competition,and ultimately to achieve international management.In general,business systems often enter the international market in both non-equity and equity models.From the initial reform and opening up to start,to now go out strategy 2.0,the internationalization of Chinese enterprises has experienced four stages of change: international merchandise trade-external physical assets investment-the usual international capital investment-strategic investment holding.Chinese enterprises "going out" of the main entry model is FDI,and FDI is cross-border mergers and acquisitions as the mainstream.Chinese enterprises are now moving to the upper reaches of the global value chain,mergers and acquisitions overseas advanced companies to upgrade the model to become China’s international business of the new normal.Fosun(Fosun International Co.,Ltd.and its subsidiaries are collectively referred to as "Fosun",hereinafter referred to as Fosun),which is achieved through international strategic approach to cross-border mergers and acquisitions.China’s domestic research on the internationalization of enterprises has been relatively mature,but Fosun as one of China’s largest private enterprises,the academic community of its international research is very few.The author’s original intention is to master the other international strategic information in the case of the case,hope to Fosun international strategy for a systematic summary of research,so as to later researchers to provide Fosun international comprehensive information.Under the background of global FDI flow and the scale of mergers and acquisitions,this paper first discusses the characteristics and existing problems of overseas mergers and acquisitions in China,and paves the way for the international strategic choice of Fosun.At the same time,the detailed analysis of the environment of Fosun’s internationalization strategy,including the background and motivation,and the use of SWOT tools to analyze the strategic environment under the conditions of Fosun to achieve international goals of the two specific means,namely,"China Power Grafting Global Resources " and learn from the Buffett model.And through Fosun two means under the typical case,to discuss the implementation strategy,planning initiatives and standards of Fosun international strategy,as well as comparative motivation generated by the strategic results,so as to support Fosun international strategy correctness and can learn.Finally,based on the previous construction of Fosun’s strategic system,including strategic decision-making,strategic planning and strategic implementation initiatives,Fosun internationalization of the overall evaluation of the evaluation,put forward suggestions and suggestions. |
